Oh yes! Ryan Kesler, Vancouver Canucks NHL player, is indeed posing nude for ESPN’s 3rd year go-around of “Body Issues.”

He will be featured naked in the “Bodies We Want” (but can’t have) section of  issue, which is coming out TODAY, Oct. 7th.

Along with Kesler, 20 other athletes will be posing naked as well.

Apparently Ryan Kesler is a part-time underwear model as well as playing Center for the Canucks.

The other 20 athletes who will be in this ESPN issue are:

– Alicia Sacramone, gymnast
– Gretchen Bleiler, snowboarder
– Hope Solo, soccer
– Blake Griffin, NBA
– Jose Reyes, MLB
– Steven Jackson, NFL
– Sylvia Fowles, WNBA
– Belen Mozo, LPGA
– Natasha Hastings, track & field
– Julie Chu, hockey
– Vera Zvonareva, tennis
– Steph Gilmore, surfer
– Suzy Hotrod, roller derby
– Kelly Kulick, bowler
– Jeremy Campbell, paralympian
– Apolo Ohno, speedskater
– Jon Jones, UFC light heavyweight champion
– Helio Castroneves, IndyCar racer
– Sergio Martinez, boxer
– Ryan Hall, marathoner

P.S: I love the Vancouver Canucks, along with the Dallas Stars, so I was pleased to see this picture. :) I understand most men do not like seeing their favorite NHL player in the nude, but at least for the most part ESPN is basically doing what Playboy does all the time: Naked, but tasteful.

If I had to pick a Dallas Star player to pose nude for ESPN, I’d probably go for either Steve Ott, Jamie Benn, or James Neal (even though he plays for Pittsburgh now).

Anyway.  If you like any of the athletes that are going to “bearing it ALL,” than get this “Body Issue” of ESPN.
